Well there's a new definition of cruelty and torture right there. Using a taser on a child and using it hard enough is strong enough to kill a child. But hey, they see it okay to do it  |

| So I wonder how the cops are going to explain to the parents that they discharged 50,000 volts into a kid and then "accidentally" killed them.....

Cop: Sir, he was acting completelty uncontrollable at the time.
Parent: So you did this?
Cop: Since we had no access to guns or pistols, we felt it necessary to stun him multiple times. |
